Listing Agreement :
UMaineRents will accept listings from landlords who agree to comply with the following policies:
In accordance with the University of Maine's nondiscrimination policy, landlords will not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status, age, disability, or veteran status. Landlords agree not to intentionally give false information about rental properties, not rent units which threaten the health or physical welfare of renters, and not solicit renters at or near the Commuter and Non-traditional Student Programs Office. Landlords will promptly deactivate a listing if the housing is no longer available or will notify the Commuter Office as such. Reactivation of a listing may be made directly by the landlord using their user account or by phone or letter notification to an appropriate administrator.
